Where mini golf meets good food and even better vibes.
About Us
Purchased in 2026, enters its next chapter as Steere The Course Mini Golf & Grille. Martha’s Vineyard’s only family owned and operated mini golf experience has Jesse Steere III, a born and raised Islander and owner of the Island’s favorite hardware store, at the helm.
Whether you are navigating your way through our Island themed course, eating ice cream, enjoying tasty treats from our food truck, or attending an event, be sure to keep an eye out for Jesse’s first mates, Stephanie Andrade, Tanya Patnaud, and Alysha Norbury.
Here at Steere The Course, family and community come first. Whether it’s a birthday party or a community fundraiser, the goal is simple:
keep what people love
and
make it better.
History Of The Course
The Course itself has been part of the Heart of Vineyard Haven since 1992. Originally opened as Island Cove Adventures on State Road by Ray & Mary Gosselin, it quickly became a go-to for locals and visitors alike.
First designed as a nautical escape, the course winds through waterfalls, caves, and a fish pond. Over the years, it has grown beyond mini golf, adding a stage, live music, and a grill.
Along the way, it’s had a few memorable chapters, from the early name idea Jaws Putt Putt to the days of the rock wall and bungee trampoline, and even visits from Bill Clinton and his family.
